NYC 。成都印象
吃过了,也不过so so。夫妻肺片-放得太辣,破坏了香味,没有Boston的四川饭庄做的地道。钟水饺-还挺像成都的味道。凉粉也还可以。孜然羊-居然像是炸出来的,味道比想象的好。室内装修费了点心思,搞了好多成都的照片,老房子故意搞成黑白的老照片样子,可找了半天没一处可以辨别拍摄地点。旁边就有一个停车场很方便,如果开车去NYC,穿过Lincoln tunnel 就正对着停车场了。 餐馆相当于国内中等的水平吧。和boston的四川饭庄水平相当。要高于flushing的川霸王。 p.s.每去一次NYC,就多一分想家。看着纽约的夜景,仿佛回到了山城重庆,那熟悉而又已经陌生的万家灯火。God I am home sick.

重庆小面
重庆最好吃的是什么?不是重庆火锅,不是各种层出不穷的一年一个新花样的歌乐山辣子鸡,南山泉水鸡,啤酒鸭,老鸭汤,谭鱼头,。。。而是街边小摊小贩的小面。小面?外地人一定听不懂。小面指的是不加肉的,纯粹靠佐料提味的素面。和其它牛肉面等相比,价格是最便宜的一种。但是,却是最好吃的一种。为什么呢?因为没有加肉,这碗面除了要煮得筋道,口感好以外,全靠佐料提味。正宗一点的重庆小面,各种调料不下十几种。香,麻,辣,是小面的特点。那味道,容易上瘾,简直可以回味十年。时时刻刻都为之牵挂。在外地的重庆人,回家了,都会出去吃一顿正宗重庆小面。通常,最好吃的小面一般出现在比较低档的,没有门面的,街边的,卡卡角角的位置。最好吃的就是连桌子都没有的,给客人一个小板凳坐的那种地方。似乎有人写过重庆小面攻略,可以上网搜索。
